"Honey Bunny" Infant Terry Bib with Pocket Health Canada's sampling and evaluation program has revealed that the front pocket and back lining of the bib contains phthalates, specifically DEHP (Di(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate) and DBP (Dibutylphtalate), which exceed the allowable limit. February 2, 2012
UPPAbaby Peg Perego Infant Car Seat Adapter The plastic pins on the adapter, which the infant car seat latches onto can break. This pin breaking can cause the infant car seat to disengage from the stroller frame causing a fall hazard for the occupant of the car seat. February 1, 2012
HP Fax 1040 and HP Fax 1050 The fax machine can overheat due to an internal electrical component failure, posing fire and burn hazard. February 1, 2012
