Green candy brings this Halloween mummy craft to life!

What You Need:

clean glass jars (large or small baby food jars are perfect)
green candy
first aide gauze or strips of felt or white cotton fabric
plastic wiggle eyes
dark colored button
glue dots
scissors

What To Do:

Fill the clean jar with green candy.
Keep the lid in place, to prevent the candy from spilling while you make the mummy.
Then use the glue dots to attach the mummy eyes about one-third of the way down from the top of the jar. Attach the button nose with glue dots as well.

Now it's time to wrap your mummy...
Begin by placing a glue dot or two, on the back and bottom of the jar.
Secure the end of the gauze roll on the glue dots.
Now gently begin to wrap the jar leaving the eyes and nose exposed.
This may take some practice, but the images here will help.
Now remove the jar lid and place the jar on a long strip of gauze.
Bring up the ends of the gauze and position the strip to cover the jar opening.
Secure this piece by tying a knot on the side of the jar - then wrap or tuck in the ends.
You can also secure the candy by stuffing some white tissue paper or plastic wrap into the top of the jar and then tie one last strip of gauze.
